The Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas (HCAC) Is a non profit 501 (c) 6 established to provide the necessary resources to ensure continuous improvement of its members, promoting long-term success of Hispanic construction companies in the states of North and South Carolina. To achieve its objectives, HCAC provides members with valuable services in the areas of education, consulting, corporate and military. HCAC's membership includes general contractors, subcontractors, construction workers, vendors and equipment suppliers, and corporations related to this industry.
